The workshop will begin at approximately noon Monday, 14 July, and end by 3:00pm on Wednesday, 16 July. The outline of the agenda is listed below, along with information on hotel accommodations and travel information.
Goals
- Introduce Bamboo and the community design process
- Meet with colleagues who have a common interest in shared technology services in the arts and humanities
- Discuss the future of disciplines and the impact of digital technologies
- Develop a high-level list of scholarly practices related to arts and humanities
- Provide input on the future of Bamboo
- Refine the next steps toward Workshop 2, Exploring Scholarly Practices.

- We are gathering together representatives from a range of backgrounds -- scholars, libraries, IT staff, presses, funding agencies -- around the topic of how technology can better serve A&H research. Based on what you have heard at the table and read from the proposal, what one or two questions, observations and/or hopes about Bamboo would your table like to share with the group?
